- By registering, you confirm that:
- you are a natural person acting on your own behalf;
- you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction;
- you are not resident in a Restricted Jurisdiction specified by the Operator; and
- you are not self-excluded from online gambling or from the Website.
- The Website accepts Australian users on an offshore basis. The Operator is not licensed in Australia, and Australian consumer protections (including those enforced by the ACCC) may not apply. You are solely responsible for ensuring that using the Website does not breach any laws applicable to you.
Registration Process
- To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing at least:
- full legal name;
- date of birth;
- residential address and country of residence;
- email address and, where requested, phone number; and
- a unique username and password.
- You must validate your email address (and, where required, your phone number) by following the verification instructions sent to you.
- The Operator may refuse registration or close an Account at its discretion if it suspects that any information is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
Verification, KYC and AML
- At any time, and particularly before processing withdrawals, the Operator may request documents to verify your identity, age, address, source of funds and source of wealth. These may include:
- passport, national ID card, or driver's licence;
- recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address;
- copies or screenshots of Payment Methods used; and
- evidence of income or source of funds (e.g. payslips, tax returns).
- Failure to provide satisfactory documents within the specified timeframe may lead to suspension of your Account, voiding of Bonuses, and/or withholding of funds where required by AML or other regulations.
- The Operator performs KYC and AML checks under the laws and regulatory requirements of Curaçao and any other applicable international standards. These checks may involve third-party identity verification providers.
Account Security and Integrity
- You may hold only one Account on the Website. Opening multiple Accounts (including under different names or emails) is prohibited and may lead to closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings.
- You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share your Account with any third party. You are responsible for all activity under your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
- You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
- The Operator may, at its discretion, close or suspend Accounts that:
- are inactive for extended periods;
- are reasonably suspected of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse or AML violations; or
- are affected by regulatory actions, including ACMA-ordered DNS or IP blocking within Australia.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Rules for Placing Bets
- Bets may be placed only:
- through your logged-in Account; and
- using funds available in your Real Money Balance or Bonus Funds (subject to Bonus Terms).
- Each Game has its own minimum and maximum Bet limits, as displayed in the Game interface or rules. The Operator may also apply global maximum Bet limits for risk management and Bonus compliance.
- A Bet is deemed accepted once it is registered on the Operator's servers and a transaction ID is generated. The game history available in your Account serves as primary evidence of your Bets and outcomes.
Game Rules and Results
- All Games are operated according to their specific rules, pay tables and return-to-player (RTP) rates, provided by the relevant game provider and/or displayed within each Game.
- Random number generator (RNG)-based Games rely on an RNG system designed to provide fair and random outcomes. The Operator may, from time to time, submit RNG systems for independent testing or certification.
- In the event of discrepancy between the outcome displayed on your device and that recorded on the Operator's servers, the server record will prevail.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Once a Bet has been accepted and the game round has commenced, you cannot generally cancel or modify that Bet.
- The Operator may cancel or void a Bet or game round in whole or in part where:
- a technical or software malfunction has occurred (including obvious errors in odds, pay tables, or game behaviour);
- the Bet was placed or settled in breach of these Terms or game rules; or
- regulatory or legal obligations require cancellation (for example, following ACMA-ordered blocking that affects the integrity of game sessions).
- Where a Bet is voided, the relevant Stake will typically be returned to your Account balance, unless the Operator is legally obliged to withhold funds (e.g. due to AML concerns).
Conduct in Live Casino, Chat and Community Features
- When using live casino tables, chats, or other interactive features, you must at all times:
- treat dealers, staff and other players with respect;
- avoid insults, harassment, threats, discrimination, or hate speech; and
- refrain from advertising, spamming or posting offensive content.
- You must not:
- collude with other players;
- use automated tools, bots or scripts to play;
- exploit software bugs or errors ("advantage play" through defects); or
- attempt to manipulate game outcomes or payment systems.
- The Operator may mute, restrict, suspend, or permanently close your Account for abusive behaviour, fraud, collusion, or any conduct it reasonably considers harmful to other users, the Operator, or the integrity of the Games.
Bonus Terms
Activation of Bonuses
- Bonuses may be granted:
- automatically upon registration or deposit;
- upon manual activation by entering a bonus code or opting in; or
- through individual offers communicated by email, on-site messages or banners.
- Each Bonus is subject to specific conditions disclosed in the relevant offer, including:
- minimum deposit amount;
- maximum Bonus amount;
- applicable Games; and
- Wagering Requirements and time limits.
- A Bonus is considered accepted when you opt in, claim, or otherwise activate it. If you do not wish to receive a Bonus, you must decline or contact support before wagering.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Unless stated otherwise, deposit Bonuses and associated winnings are subject to a Wagering Requirement (for example, 40x the Bonus amount). The exact multiplier and conditions are specified in each Bonus offer and in the Website's general bonus rules.
- Wagering Requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe (e.g. 7, 14 or 30 days from activation). If you fail to meet the Wagering Requirements within the timeframe:
- remaining Bonus Funds will be forfeited; and
- any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may also be forfeited, at the Operator's discretion.
- Bets placed using Real Money may count towards Wagering Requirements depending on the specific promotion. Game weighting rules (e.g. slots 100%, table games 10%, live casino 0%) are set out in the general bonus terms.
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Certain Games or categories may be excluded from Bonus wagering or may contribute at a reduced percentage. Such restrictions are stated in the general bonus terms and/or in the specific Bonus offer.
- The following actions are generally considered Bonus abuse and may result in:
- cancellation of Bonuses;
- forfeiture of Bonus-derived winnings; and/or
- closure of your Account:
- placing low-risk or zero-risk Bets (e.g. covering all outcomes);
- using multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus;
- colluding with other players to exploit Bonus offers; or
- deliberately delaying game rounds or using Bonus features in unintended ways.
- Maximum Bet rules during active Bonus wagering (for example, a maximum of a fixed AUD amount per spin or bet) apply and are detailed in the general bonus terms. Exceeding the maximum Bet may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
Combination of Promotions
- Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted in the relevant promotional terms.
- If multiple promotions are available, the Operator will normally apply them in the order in which they were claimed, or as otherwise indicated on the Website.
- Where there is any conflict between a specific Bonus offer and these general Bonus Terms, the specific offer shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- The Website supports various Payment Methods, which may include:
- major credit and debit cards;
- e-wallets and online payment services;
- prepaid vouchers; and
- selected cryptocurrencies (where available).
- Available options depend on your country, currency (including AUD for Australian users) and the Operator's risk policies. The Operator may change available Payment Methods at any time.
- Deposits should be made only from Payment Methods registered in your own name. The Operator may request proof of ownership of a Payment Method.
- Third-party fees (e.g. bank charges, currency conversion fees, card cash-advance fees) are your sole responsibility. Australian financial institutions may treat transactions as international gambling payments and may block or surcharge them.
Withdrawals
- You may request withdrawals from your Real Money Balance and from winnings that have met any applicable Wagering Requirements.
- Where possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same Payment Method used for deposits ("closed-loop" principle). If this is not feasible, the Operator may require an alternative method compliant with AML obligations.
- The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within 24 - 72 hours), subject to:
- completion of KYC/AML checks;
- verification of Bonuses and Wagering Requirements; and
- any technical or operational constraints.
- Withdrawal limits (per transaction, day, week or month) may apply and are disclosed in the Website's payments information and/or specific promotional terms.
Fees, Processing Times and Chargebacks
- The Operator may charge reasonable processing fees for withdrawals, particularly for frequent or unusually large withdrawal requests, or where regulatory/operational costs justify such fees. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before confirming the transaction.
- Processing times are indicative and may be affected by third-party payment providers, banks, or external events beyond the Operator's control.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by you with a bank or payment provider may lead to:
- immediate suspension of your Account;
- recovery of any amounts incorrectly refunded to you; and
- reporting of suspicious activities to relevant authorities or payment networks.
Refunds and Reversal of Bets and Bonuses
- Deposits will generally not be refunded once used for wagering. In exceptional cases, and at the Operator's sole discretion, refunds of unused deposits may be granted after appropriate verification.
- Where a Game or payout is affected by technical failure, system error or malfunction, the Operator may:
- void affected Bets;
- replay or restore game rounds; and/or
- refund the Stake to your Account.
- If funds or Bonuses are credited to your Account in error, you must notify the Operator immediately, and such amounts may be removed. Winnings derived from such funds may also be voided.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- The Operator strives to:
- provide Games that operate fairly and in accordance with their rules;
- ensure that results are determined by certified RNG technology or, for live casino Games, by real-world outcomes; and
- maintain accurate records of your balance, Bets and game history.
- The Operator will use reasonable efforts to keep the Website available but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or virus-free operation.
Exclusions of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:
- technical failures, interruptions, delays or malfunctions of the Website, Games, servers, or networks;
- any defects or inaccuracies in data transmission to or from your device;
- losses or damages arising from your use of third-party software, hardware, or Payment Methods;
- blocking or restriction of access to the Website by ISPs, regulators or other third parties, including any ACMA-ordered DNS or IP blocks under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001;
- any business, indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages; or
- loss of profits, data, goodwill or reputation.
- The Operator provides no warranty that the Website complies with any local laws of Australia or any other country. Your use of the Website from Australia or elsewhere is at your own risk.
Maximum Liability
- Without limiting the foregoing, and to the extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) shall not exceed:
- the amount of the Bet or Stake that is directly related to the claim; or
- where the claim does not relate to a specific Bet, the lesser of (i) your net deposits on the Website over the previous 90 days, and (ii) an amount equivalent to EUR 5,000 (or AUD equivalent) at the time of the event.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory applicable law.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including but not limited to:
- text, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, and brand elements associated with Lukki Casino;
- software, source code, algorithms, databases and technical infrastructure; and
- Game content, images, animations, audio, video and user interface design,
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website and Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- You must not, without prior written consent of the relevant rights holder:
- copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display or perform any part of the Website or its content;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of the Website software, except where explicitly permitted by law;
- use any automated system or software to extract data from the Website ("screen scraping" or similar); or
- use any trademarks, trade names or logos associated with the Website for any purpose.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Your personal data is collected, used and protected in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available on the Website.
- By using the Website and creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
- The Operator processes personal data under the laws and regulatory framework applicable to Dama N.V. in Curaçao and, where relevant, under other applicable data protection regimes. As the Operator is not established in Australia, Australian privacy laws may not directly apply.
Changes to Terms
- The Operator may amend these Terms at any time for reasons including (but not limited to):
- compliance with legal or regulatory requirements (whether in Curaçao, Australia or elsewhere);
- changes in the Games, services, Payment Methods or operational practices; or
- clarification or correction of errors or ambiguities.
- Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable means to inform you, for example by:
- posting the updated Terms on the Website;
- displaying a prominent banner or pop-up notice; and/or
- sending an email to the address registered to your Account.
- The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Continued use of the Website after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you must immediately stop using the Website and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any eligible funds.
Termination & Suspension
Termination by You
- You may close your Account at any time by:
- using any available self-closure or self-exclusion tools on the Website; or
- contacting customer support via the channels indicated on the Website and requesting closure.
- Upon closure, you may request withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance, subject to verification and these Terms.
Termination or Suspension by the Operator
- The Operator may suspend or close your Account, or restrict your access to the Website, in whole or in part, if:
- you breach these Terms, game rules, or Bonus terms;
- you provide false, misleading or incomplete information;
- you are reasonably suspected of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, collusion or other unlawful activity;
- you are underage or your identity cannot be satisfactorily verified;
- regulatory or law-enforcement authorities request or require such action, including as a result of ACMA enforcement under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001; or
- the Operator decides, for commercial or risk reasons, to cease providing services to you or to users in your jurisdiction.
- Where feasible and lawful, the Operator will notify you of the reasons for suspension or closure and of any steps required to remedy the situation.
Effect of Termination
- On termination or suspension:
- you may be prevented from accessing your Account and/or the Website;
- Bonuses and Bonus Funds may be cancelled; and
- funds may be frozen or withheld where required by law or regulation (e.g. AML) or pursuant to a regulatory request.
- If your Account is closed other than for breach of these Terms or for legal/regulatory reasons, you will generally be entitled to withdraw your remaining Real Money Balance, subject to KYC checks.
- The Operator may retain records and data relating to your Account for the period required by applicable law and regulatory guidance, even after termination.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms and your use of the Website are governed by the laws of Curaçao, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
- Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Website shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao, unless mandatory laws of your country of residence provide you with a right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
- The Operator is an offshore gambling provider and does not hold an Australian gambling licence. The Website may be subject to ACMA blocking or other enforcement action under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001. As a result, Australian consumer protections (including those overseen by the ACCC) may not apply to your use of the Website.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that you may have under mandatory laws applicable to you, to the extent such laws cannot be waived by agreement.
- If you have a complaint that cannot be resolved through the Operator's internal complaints procedure, you may (but are not obliged to) escalate it to independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services referenced by the casino from time to time (for example, platforms such as The POGG or AskGamblers). Any involvement of such ADR services is subject to their own rules and does not override the jurisdictional provisions above.
